Athlete Training
Pelotrain Athlete Excellence offers two different types of training for the client that will be able to suite their training needs, cost to athlete and time available to train.
1-on-1 Coaching:
Once an assessment of goals, current fitness and time available the athlete will have their training plan drawn up and periodised and executed with the help of a trainer with ongoing assessment and re-focus on goals to be achieved and achieved to date.
Costs for this service varies dependant on the needs of the athlete, please contact John for details.
Online Coaching:
This form of training is for athletes who are able to carry out their required daily sessions on their own and do not have the finances or set times daily for 1-on-1 training sessions. As the above once an assessment and goals have been drawn up and done a 4 week daily program is drawn up for the athlete to follow with all relevant data from intensities, training sessions, weight training, sets etc. This type of training as of late has become very popular with athletes who are learning to become self sufficient.
There are 3 different packages offered to athletes for online training. Please contact John for details.
Motocross and bike training:
Personal 1-on-1 motocross lessons aswell as motocross schools are available to any rider from beginner to Professional riders. Pelotrain will help you better yourself as a rider and fine tune your skills to become a better, safer and faster rider.
Johns attention to detail on the track has shown with the track record of riders coming through his schools.
